This is my truck. There are many others like it, but this one is mine. That's plagiarized from a movie- but it works here. Nothing special- this was basically the shuttle between our home and the lake. It does have the distinction of being absolutely the least reliable vehicle I've ever owned- almost $23k in repairs over 120k miles. Fortunately, I purchased the extended warranty... and extended it again, so I didn't pay for most of those repairs. But then there is the rust. Turns out these trucks equipped with a sunroof didn't let the water escape properly from around the glass seal... and that got trapped and eventually rusted out the entirety of the rocker panels along the bottom. You'd think after all that I wouldn't buy another Ford truck- but then they started making them out of aluminum and that's a great thing for Minnesota winters. Over the fall and winter of 2023 I refurbished it- including knocking about 20lbs of rust out of the rocker panels and cab corners then replacing and repainting them. I also refinished several other spots and replaced the rear bumper. It looks about 10 years newer now- and it will be retired to light duty and the "can I borrow your truck" truck.
